		<description>Thanks for the great answers.  Glad my email inspired you to explain these things.  :)  If you think about it culturally, they are asking you to go against your own American &quot;quick fix&quot; culture.  So often here we use money to solve problems (just this morning my husband bought a laser printer at a garage sale for $15.00 so that he could do his black and white printing using that, which has much cheaper ink, and save money on the ink jet cartridges, which are much more expensive...).  There you are using much harder to tap resources - motivation, innovation, dedication.  No wonder it takes so long and is so hard!
